Overview Michigan Technological University is seeking a part-time (0.5 FTE) position that serves as an advocate and technical resource for Michigan’s local (city, village, county) agencies. The position will provide engineering technical support for activities at the Center for Technology & Training, including work with the Michigan Local Technical Assistance Program (LTAP), the Great Lakes Environmental Infrastructure Center (GLEIC), the Bridge Load Rating Program, the Roadsoft asset management software package, and other research projects. The position requires a strong background in civil engineering with an emphasis in transportation (roads or bridges), or environmental infrastructure (drinking water, sewer, and storm water systems). #J-18808-Ljbffr
