This role sits at the intersection of research and engineering, working closely with ML scientists to address complex training and inference challenges involving very large-scale models.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with ML researchers to accelerate experimentation, large-scale model training, and inference workflowsImplement and optimize novel model architectures and simulated research environmentsDesign and maintain robust experimental workflows across exploratory prototypes and production-scale research initiativesBuild internal tools and libraries to maximize computational efficiency and resource utilizationEstablish and document best practices for model development, reproducibility, and infrastructure reliabilitySkills & QualificationsBachelor’s/Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related technical field required.
