Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior RF Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of radio frequency components and a strong background in RF design and testing. This position is critical in developing innovative RF solutions that meet customer specifications and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop RF components and systems including amplifiers, mixers, oscillators, and filters.
  • Conduct RF testing and validation to ensure product performance meets specified requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate RF solutions into broader projects.
  • Perform electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) and electromagnetic interference (EMI) assessments.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot RF circuit performance issues to optimize designs.
  • Stay updated with the latest RF technologies and trends to continuously improve product offerings.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in RF engineering with a focus on RF design and testing.
  • Proficiency in radio frequency theory and applications (most designs are under 6GHz).
  • Experience with RF testing equipment and measurement techniques.
  • Strong understanding of RF components such as amplifiers, oscillators, and antennas.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
