Your Role:
- Sales Leadership & Strategy
- Lead, coach, and support Regional Sales Managers across Oregon’s East and West regions to exceed sales goals and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Partner with leadership to develop and execute regional sales strategies.
- Monitor sales metrics and champion a high-performance culture.
- Team Development & Training
- Mentor and develop sales leaders through coaching, performance appraisals, and development plans.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing training of New Home Advisors.
- Facilitate role plays and sales enablement initiatives.
- Market & Sales Execution
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Construction, and Operations to align promotions, lead generation, and home delivery.
- Serve as a mentor for complex customer interactions and contract negotiations.
- Community & Brand Standards
- Ensure model homes and communities meet New Home Star’s presentation standards.
- Represent sales in cross-functional meetings, offering insights and feedback.
- Executive Collaboration
- Partner with the President of Simplicity Homes on strategic initiatives and leadership discussions.
What You Bring:
We seek dynamic leaders who can drive sales, mentor teams, and deliver results.
- Experience:
- Minimum 12 years of new home sales or home‑building experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership role overseeing multiple regions or sales divisions.
- Build-on-your-lot builder experience is a plus.
- Skills:
- Leadership, sales strategy, operations management, marketing, finance, strategic planning, and data-driven decision-making.
- Tech Savvy: Proficient in utilizing presentation software platforms and CRM systems; AI-driven tools are a plus.
- Education/License: A bachelor’s degree is preferred; a valid real estate license is required within six months of hire.
- Availability: Flexibility to work occasional weekends and evenings as needed.
- Other Requirements: Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and liability insurance on your vehicle.
