Whether you're looking to improve a process, or have an innovative idea awaiting a technology solve, we want you to bring your ideas to the table.We are a close-knit team that looks out for each other, works hard to get the job done, and encourages each other to grow - the perfect place for you to grow your career!The Role - Senior/Sales Manager (Corporate)Job Responsibilities:To achieve monthly sales targets assigned by the Director of Sales, CorporateBuilding long term business relationship and analysis on performance of each account.Minimum of 20 quality sales contact per week, including sales visits, site inspection and entertainment.Familiarization with work process and approval process for rate management of corporate accounts, credit applicationAssist in management of the assigned portfolio for maximum productivity and revenue generated; to craft sales strategies and direct overall sales efforts towards maximizing revenue for Corporate segment.To proactively source and develop new corporate business in defined areas and market segments, in line with annual revenue budgetWork closely with Director of Sales - Corporate to execute pre-agreed strategies that target at corporate business growth.Responsible for the development and maintenance of all sales accounts and portfolio assigned.Participate in sales calls to acquire new business and increase in market share.Represent Worldwide Hotels at appropriate industry events, such as Conferences & Trade Shows.Forecast future travel patterns and proved trade feedback to the management.Timely submission of monthly & quarterly sales reports to Director of Sales - CorporateAny other tasks as and when assigned by Director of Sales, Corporate or AVP SalesParticipate in company's sustainability effort for the environment and being an inclusive employer.Job Requirements:Diploma/Degree in Business or Hospitality management or related disciplinesMinimum 5 years’ experience in a sales capacity or equivalent work experience including development of account portfolio and business development.Strong presentation, commercial and communication skillsStrong influencer and persuaderA self-driven personalityResourceful and goal orientedStrategic and tactical thinker - ability to develop strategic sales plans, establish goals and objectives, set performance targets and deliver projects on timeIn-depth knowledge of sales principles and techniquesProactive approach to developing and maintaining strong relations with clients and stakeholders including customers’ senior managementComprehension of Hotel systems and revenue management principlesKeeps abreast of changes and assesses trends in market conditions and consumer buying behavior to create strategies that drive business opportunitiesFlexible work approach, positive and adaptable to changes.
