Role DescriptionThis is a full-time role based in Kolkata & West Bengal Region. Senior Executive will be responsible for identifying potential clients and engaging, developing and maintaining relationships with key clientele decision-makers. Everyday tasks include conducting market research, presenting business solutions to clients, negotiating contracts, and providing after-sales support. The role also involves collaborating with the business teams to optimize offerings based on market feedback.Job Responsibilities* Identify and meeting with Potential Clients* Visit local markets and onboard buyers (Retailers, Distributors, Traders, Resellers)* Generate demand and enquiry for listed products from manufacturers & wholesalers* Build prospect interest and trigger demand on the listed product and services* Explain BONC Network platform benefits and product availability* Create active buyer demand and ensure engagement* Build strong relationships with market partners* Regular follow-ups with buyers* Submit daily & weekly sales activity reportsCandidate Requirements* Basic understanding of sales or field marketing* Strong communication & negotiation skills* Willingness to work in the field and travel locally* Smartphone & basic digital platform knowledge* Self-motivated, target-oriented mindsetQualification MBA / Graduate with 1+ years of experience either in Ecommerce Platform, Business Platform, B2B, Digital Solutions marketing, Key account management , Media and advertisement.
