Fully Remote Flexibility: Work from anywhere, as long as your hours overlap with 8:30 AM 4:00 PM Central Time, and you're able to travel to the Midwest a few times per year for key planning meetings.

We're seeking a Salesforce Lead with 8+ years of Salesforce experience to help revolutionize operations through innovative Salesforce solutions.

What You'll Do:

• Lead Salesforce initiatives to streamline workflows and improve customer interactions.
• Collaborate with talented teams to integrate telephony systems (Amazon Connect) with Salesforce, creating cutting-edge solutions.
• Mentor team members, providing guidance on best practices .

What We Need:

To be considered FULLY REMOTE, you MUST bring the following:

• 8+ years of Salesforce experience, with expertise in Financial Service Cloud or Service Cloud
• Proficiency in APEX, Omni-Studio, Omni-Channel, Flows, and Lightning Web Components
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to lead discussions and articulate technical concepts clearly.
• Knowledge of Business Rules Engine and Apex Enterprise Design Patterns
• While not required now, Mulesoft experience is a plus for future projects
• Certifications are a big plus (Platform Developer II or Salesforce Architect certifications)
