Job Title : Senior SAP Business Systems Analyst (MM, PP, SD, ECC & S4 Hana)- Manufacturing

Required Skills & Experience:
- SAP Expertise: 7+ years of overall SAP experience with a minimum of 3 years in SAP MM (Materials Management), PP (Production Planning), and SD (Sales & Distribution) with Variant Configuration (VC) expertise.
- Systems Knowledge: Strong understanding of SAP ECC and SAP S/4 HANA, with a focus on data migration, system integration, and operations planning.
- Interface Development: Hands-on experience developing and supporting interface solutions from SAP ECC to S/4 HANA and other SAP systems.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Proven experience collaborating with BU and GIS teams to support business processes and implement system enhancements.
- Operations Planning Systems: Experience with operations planning and execution systems like SAP IBP, Kinaxis, and custom applications within SAP ECC.
- Analytics & Dashboards: Familiarity with Business Intelligence (BI) tools and dashboards for data visualization and reporting.
- Custom Applications: Knowledge of integrating custom SAP applications and tools to enhance business workflows.
- SAP Systems: Deep understanding and experience with SAP ECC, SAP MM, PP, SD (VC), and SAP S/4 HANA migration processes.
- Operational Planning Systems: Familiarity with key operational systems, including SAP IBP, Kinaxis, and other execution platforms.
- Industry Experience: Experience in relevant industries where SAP Order Management, Material Management, and Production Planning systems are key to business operations.
- Additional SAP Modules: Knowledge of other SAP modules (e.g., WM, PM) is a plus.
- Certifications: SAP certification in relevant modules is desirable.
Responsibilities:
- 10+ years of overall SAP experience with 5+ years of experience in ECC & S/4HANA.
- 5+ years of experience in SAP Materials Management (MM) and 3+ years of experience in SAP Production Planning (PP).
- Extensive experience in conversion projects from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA.
- In-depth understanding of manufacturing processes and business requirements.
- Proven track record in leading multiple end-to-end implementations in SAP.
- Collaborate with Business Units (BU) and Global Information Systems (GIS) to leverage Operations Planning & Execution systems, including SAP ECC, custom applications in SAP ECC, SAP IBP, Kinaxis, and BI/Dashboards.
- Lead and supported the operational requirements of GIS teams by developing, integrating, and managing interface solutions from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA.
- Ensure seamless data migration processes, focusing on optimizing system interoperability and enhancing workflows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth data exchange, maintain consistency across systems, and optimize order management and execution processes.
- Enhance system performance by identifying areas for improvement and implementing new technologies to support business goals.
