This role requires deep expertise in virtualization, automation, and cloud integration within mission-critical environments.**Key Responsibilities*** Architect, deploy, and manage VMware vSphere 8.x clusters and VCF 9 environments.* Perform lifecycle management, patching, and upgrades for ESXi hosts, vCenter, and VCF components.* Configure and optimize Aria Operations for performance and resiliency.* Configure and optimize Zerto for performance and resiliency.* Implement disaster recovery strategies using VMware Site Recovery Manager (SRM).* Automate provisioning and configuration tasks using PowerCLI, PowerShell, vRealize Automation, etc.* Monitor and troubleshoot infrastructure issues, ensuring high availability and compliance.* Collaborate with network, storage, and security teams for integrated solutions.* Document designs, processes, and operational procedures.* On-call and off-hours work, as required.**Required Qualifications*** 6 years of experience in server engineering and virtualization.* Expert-level knowledge of VMware vSphere 8.x and VCF 9 architecture.* Hands-on experience with Aria Operations.* Strong scripting skills (PowerCLI, PowerShell, or similar).* Familiarity with enterprise storage, networking, and security best practices.* A strong understanding of DNS & DHCP.* A good understanding of general networking. IP, subnet mask, gateway, firewall, load balancer, etc.* A good understanding of how storage works with a VMware environment.
