Job Title : Senior ServiceNow Business Analyst Order Management (Telecom)

Job Type : W2

Experience : 8-12 Years

Location : Tampa, Florida

Certifications Required:

  • Certified ServiceNow Administrator (CSA)
  • Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS)

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with E2E Process Owners to understand to-be Order Management Processes and related Process Architecture.
  • Understand, analyze, and articulate requirements related to process flows using various requirements-gathering techniques to identify ways in which an organization wants to operate.
  • Categories requirements into OOTB, Configuration, and Customisation
  • Conduct requirement workshops and training sessions.
  • Oversee the implementation of new technology and systems.
  • Explore different solutions, their risks, benefits, and impacts.
  • Proposing/Presenting solutions to an organization's leaders and keeping them updated with progress.
  • Creating documents to outline the proposed changes and the steps involved.
  • Ensuring the changes are made for example, by overseeing the implementation of new technology or a new approach.
  • Contributing to training and support for people affected by new systems and processes.

Required Experience and Skills:

  • Proven experience in working as a BA for ServiceNow Modules. Order Management Preferred
  • Experience in Telecom domain and/or Telco functional know-how is must.
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in working as a BA for ServiceNow Modules.
  • Strong analytical skills, communication, and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage customer and stakeholder expectations.
  • Have the drive and determination to learn and continuously share your knowledge with others.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
