Expert‑Level Technical Support: Serve as the primary escalation point for complex administrative and technical challenges, providing expert‑level troubleshooting and resolution with minimal disruption to senior‑leader operations. Training and Mentorship: Lead the development of the SharePoint training program. Design and deliver targeted training on advanced functionalities and mentor DASA DE&C staff.
