Our client is a US-based land asset management and global real estate investment company focused on pre-development land in the path of growth. Founded in 1979 and with more than 45 years of experience, they currently manage US $3.33 billion of real estate assets on behalf of investors from more than 83 countries.
Due to their continued success, they are looking to expand their IT team in the Philippines and are seeking passionate and autonomous Senior Software Developers (C#) who can envisage building a long-term career within their company.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Designing, modifying, developing, and implementing technology solutions. Building modern, architecturally sound components, tools, and applications to meet mission-driven strategic business goals.
- Designing, modifying, developing, and implementing software solutions. Building modern, architecturally sound components, tools, and applications to meet mission-driven strategic business goals.
- Infusing quality of service characteristics, such as scalability, manageability, and maintainability, into a distributed service-based framework to create or expand business or technical capabilities.
- Contributing insight from prior experiences when considering design specifications, considering the goals of the consumer-facing product.
- Excellent team player
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Bachelors or Master's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent educational qualification and experience
5+ years of software development experience specifically in Enterprise software
development. Development experience for server-side applications
5+ years on experience in C#, .net Framework and Core. Experience in other technologies frameworks and languages
Knowledge of Microsoft technology and application suite
5+ years of experience in SQL databases
5+ years of experience in message bus & RESTful enterprise services and common development tools
Exposure to Enterprise software design and development frameworks including open-source frameworks
Excellent programming and computer science skills, and analytical skills
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
Strong hands-on with programming, debugging, technologies, and software design and development tools
Thorough understanding and experience in software development life cycle management
