Senior Software Engineer (Sr .Net Developer with AWS)

Our Client is looking to recruit a Senior Java or C# .NET Software Developer for their Chicago, IL office. Senior Software Engineer (Sr. .NET Developer with AWS) Duties 5+ years of experience with coding in Java and/or .NET programming languages. Design, develop, test, debug, and maintain complex computer programs. Write high-quality code and understand best practices. Experience working in continuous integration and continuous delivery environments. Experience with Agile development methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Willingness to learn new technologies. Focus on delivering high-quality software. Ability to work independently and take initiative. Demonstrate persistence in completing projects. Skills Strong experience in C# software development. Experience with frontend technologies like JavaScript, AngularJS, or React is preferred. Knowledge of tools like Redis and Elasticsearch is a plus. Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS and/or Azure is a plus. Ability to develop service-oriented applications following design principles. Experience with Object-Oriented Design and modern database technologies like Postgres and SQL Server. Familiarity with operating systems such as UNIX, Linux, and Windows. Understanding of version control systems like Git and TFS. Knowledge of Scrum-based Agile development processes. Education Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related fields. The position is based in Chicago, USA.
