In this role, you will work closely with the founders including Abhishek (https://www.linkedin.com/in/abhishekch123/) and Nikunj (https://www.linkedin.com/in/nikunj-bajaj-10476824/), also with internal and external stakeholders to develop best practices and solutions in the most optimized, scalable and reliable standards possible.

We're looking for Solutions Engineers who are deeply technical and are excited to build and ship solutions to help solve our customers' hardest problems.

Responsibilities

• Interface with the Customer's Executive and Leadership teams when needed to understand the technical goals and business objectives related to their MlOPs, LLMs process, and design their TrueFoundry implementation to best fit those requirements.
• Help realize our product vision of building and deploying Production-ready machine learning models with monitoring within moments, not months. Working with Thrift, Protobufs etc.
• Work with customers around the globe and will gain rare insight into the world's most important industries and institutions. Work cross-functionally with Customer Development and Engineering while independently driving key initiatives for TrueFoundry customers.
• Help companies deploy their machine learning models at scale across a wide range of use-cases and sectors. Build integrations with other platforms to make it easy for our customers to use our product without changing their workflow. Write maintainable, scalable performant code working with large scale data pipelines, Optimising databases and queries, Building gRPC and rest API servers
• Solicit constant feedback on their work from both customers and colleagues, improving our products over time with rapid iteration cycles. You may need to code in their environment, understand their requirements, and implement the basic ones yourself in TrueFoundry product.
  
  

Requirements

• Python, REST APIs, docker, CI/CD is a must-have
• It's a customer facing role- good communication and organized time-bound delivery mindset is critical.
• Some prior experience with NLP, basic ML, transformer based models would be important
• Experience with Langchain, RAG systems, fine tuning is a huge plus.
• Some experience with AWS & K8s is nice-to-have.
