Senior Software Engineer - AI-Powered Healthcare Communication

Location: Hybrid - San franciisco

Compensation: $125K - $200K

We are a high-growth AI and Healthcare technology company with the mission of making exceptional healthcare accessible anytime, anywhere, for everyone. Our platform uses Generative AI to facilitate millions of patient interactions, helping health systems automate operational tasks and navigate care at scale. We are well-capitalized, growing rapidly (with 10x revenue growth since January), and backed by leading investors. We are seeking a product-minded Senior Software Engineer to build and scale the customizable fleet of GenAI agents that power our platform.

You will be a critical, autonomous contributor, deeply involved in key decisions alongside the founders. Your primary focus will be on building our AI-powered healthcare communication platform, which includes developing voice agents that serve as the first point of contact for medical practices, handling tasks from appointment scheduling to patient triage. You will translate complex healthcare needs into scalable, secure software solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Feature & Product Development: Work closely with our world-class engineering team to develop features and products from the ground up, with a high degree of autonomy.
• AI Agent Development: Build and scale customizable GenAI voice agents using cutting-edge AI technologies through our partnerships with OpenAI and Gemini.
• Scalability & Security: Develop scalable software solutions that comply with HIPAA and other security standards.
• Architecture & Design: Actively participate in design and development discussions, contributing fresh ideas and helping drive the technical roadmap.
• Real-World Engagement: Engage with healthcare professionals and providers to tailor software solutions that meet real-world operational needs.
• Agile Execution: Play a role in an agile team, prioritizing rapid development and deployment to meet ambitious growth goals.

Requirements

• Experience: 5+ years of significant experience in software development.
• Tech Stack: Strong proficiency in Python.
• Cloud & Infra: Experience with cloud platforms (preferably Google Cloud Platform) and containerization (Kubernetes, Postgres).
• Mindset: Must be a product-minded engineer who enjoys a high degree of autonomy and is passionate about transforming healthcare accessibility.
• Domain Interest: Passion or direct experience in AI, Machine Learning, or Healthcare technology.
• Work Policy: Ability to work in-person in San Francisco 4 days/week (Hybrid policy).
