Job Description:

Most will be on prem perhaps a few hybrid so nice to have that flexibility for future roles but we need to concentrate on full on prem.

We have nearly 20 startup clients in San Francisco with near identical requirements. These are all recently venture funded startups (raised anywhere between $5-100M in funding), predominantly leveraging AI for their given industries. Some of them have hybrid work schedules (i.e. 2-3 days onsite), but more and more companies are leaning towards on-site. The criteria for the jobs are nearly identical:

The ideal candidate profile:

• 3-10 years of software development experience
• Expertise with TypeScript, NodeJS, React, or other technologies like Kotlin
• Must have a Bachelor or Masters of Computer Science from a top 10 computer science program
• Longevity within their roles (average 2 year+ tenures), job hoppers will not be accepted
• Work experience at notable startups, such as those backed by Y Combinator, Sequoia Capital, etc.
• Previous startup experience is a mandatory qualification, candidates who only worked at large companies will not be accepted
• Founding Engineer or Founder experience is a bonus
