Senior Software Engineer (Platform) - HealthTech - San Francisco (Hybrid) Leading AI healthcare company building the intelligence platform that powers real-time clinical documentation and workflow is looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join their Platform team. What will I be doing: Design and architect scalable, reliable platform infrastructure that underpins every product experience clinicians depend on daily. Lead high-value platform initiatives end-to-end, from system design through to deployment. Proactively identify and resolve system bottlenecks before they impact customers. Raise the bar on code quality and contribute to engineering processes that enable confident, fast delivery. What we're looking for: 5+ years' experience tackling complex, zero-to-one software engineering problems across multiple teams. Comfortable working on modern infrastructure stacks including cloud providers (AWS, GCP), containers (Docker), queuing systems (SQS, Kafka) and databases (Postgres). Proven ability to own and drive technical initiatives from inception to successful outcomes. What's in it for me: $200,000-$265,000 base salary plus meaningful equity upside.
