Senior Software Project Manager

Operational coordination of the engineering team — standups, sprints, demos, retrospectives. Track engineering work against plan; surface risks and blockers. Light Business Analysis: clarify user stories, document acceptance criteria, support product owners. Maintain regular delivery reporting in partnership with the Delivery Manager. Coordinate team capacity and time tracking. Partner with our PM / Product Owner counterparts on cross-team coordination. Required Qualifications 7+ years of project management experience in software engineering contexts. Familiarity with Agile / Scrum / Kanban delivery models. Strong grasp of project management principles. Experience building project plans, milestones, etc. from scratch. Comfort with Business Analysis work. Strong attention to detail in time tracking and operational reporting. Experience working for US-based companies in regulated industries, reporting to US stakeholders. Nice to Have PMP / Scrum / Kanban certifications. Experience supporting US-based clients. Exposure to .NET / C# software contexts, legacy modernization projects.
