Senior QA Engineer (Automation – Cypress)Hybrid (1x on-site)Long-term projectAt Lùkla, we partner with major European organisations operating in highly regulated and business-critical environments.We are currently supporting an international, highly regulated financial services environment in the recruitment of a Senior QA Engineer to strengthen a growing Quality Assurance team.This role is focused on test automation, with a strong emphasis on Cypress, and offers the opportunity to work on business-critical platforms used at scale, within a collaborative and mature engineering environment.Your roleDesign, develop and maintain automated test suites using CypressActively contribute to the definition and improvement of QA and testing strategiesCollaborate closely with developers, product owners and other QA engineers to ensure quality throughout the development lifecycleExecute and analyse automated and manual tests, ensuring reliability, performance and robustness of applicationsIdentify, report and follow up on defects, working closely with development teamsPromote best practices in test automation, quality standards and continuous improvementWhat we are looking for4+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, with a strong focus on automationSolid hands-on experience with CypressGood understanding of testing methodologies, test design techniques and QA processesExperience working in agile environmentsComfortable working with web applications and modern development stacksStrong communication skills and a proactive, detail-oriented mindsetGood level of English (spoken and written)Nice to haveExperience with CI/CD pipelinesExposure to other automation or testing toolsPrevious experience in complex or regulated environmentsApply now!
