Vision Technology Group (VTG) is seeking a Senior Solutions Architect to lead the design, escalation, and strategic delivery of advanced IT infrastructure and cybersecurity solutions. This is a high-impact leadership role focused on solving complex problems, mentoring engineers, and driving both technical excellence and business outcomes.

What You’ll OwnTechnical Leadership & Architecture

·        Design and implement secure, scalable hybrid infrastructure

·        Architect across Fortinet, Azure, VMware, Proxmox, Hyper-V, and Active Directory

·        Establish best practices for security, performance, and reliability

Escalation Authority

·        Serve as final escalation authority for complex technical challenges

·        Lead critical incident resolution and implement long-term fixes

Strategic Collaboration

·        Partner with Sales, Services, and Operations on solution design

·        Contribute to scoping and technical strategy

Team Development

·        Mentor and elevate engineering staff

·        Drive accountability and continuous improvement

Operational Excellence

·        Improve internal processes and efficiency

·        Champion documentation and knowledge sharing

What You Bring

·        10+ years IT experience, preferably in MSP environments

·        Expertise in Fortinet, Azure, VMware, Hyper-V, Proxmox, Active Directory

·        Strong troubleshooting and leadership skills

·        Excellent communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders

Compensation & Benefits

·        Salary: $100,000 – $135,000
