Scrum Master Project Manager As a Scrum Master Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading agile teams and managing projects to ensure successful delivery. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements, facilitate agile ceremonies, and ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget. Facilitate agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables. Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets. Monitor project progress and performance and provide regular status updates to stakeholders. Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact project delivery. Ensure that the team follows agile best practices and processes. Foster a collaborative and high performing team environment. Strong experience as a Scrum Master and Project Manager. Proficiency in agile methodologies and frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong problem solving and analytical skills. Experience with project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or Microsoft Project. Certification in Scrum (e.g., CSM, PSM) and project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
