Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Staff Attorney at the Wake Forest office. The Attorney will be responsible for managing all things within case matters from inception to completion. While the role is primarily located in Wake Forest, NC, some flexibility for remote work is available.

Qualifications

• Legal Advice and Negotiation skills
• Min. 3 years Experience in Family Law
• Strong knowledge of legal principles and practices
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree and active Bar membership in North Carolina
• Board certification in Family Law is a plus
