The Managed Spark Service (formerly Dataproc) enables open‑source data analytics workloads in the cloud. In this role you will manage field issues such as multi‑tenant security, cluster management, capacity planning, and startup performance while maintaining cost efficiency. You will influence technical direction across the Managed Spark ecosystem and broader company, and integrate AI‑driven management tools to enhance productivity. Individual pay ranges: $262,000–$365,000 USD, plus 25% bonus target, equity, and benefits.
