At Evaluation Systems of Pearson, we help design and deploy educator workforce solutions so every learner has capable educators. We offer dynamic educator credentialing and performance assessment solutions that ensure teachers are ready for the classroom on day one. Our Strategic Execution team is growing, and we need a skilled and thoughtful analyst to join our team. The analyst will interface across the organization and with all levels of leadership and is a highly visible role.

Our Senior Strategic Execution Analyst will support the Special Projects, Strategic Execution Manager in broad reaching projects that are aimed at elevating the awareness of Evaluation Systems in the educator licensure space. Below is a description of activities that will get you started in the role.

Market Presence

  • Partner with manager to redesign, update, and restructure all external facing ES websites and social media.
  • Development of ES LinkedIn page/presence.
  • Management of bi-weekly social media platform.
  • Ownership of future changes to ES site, i.e., collateral updates, changes in product specifications, etc.
  • Lead product marketing strategy and logistics (e.g., how do we build D2C pipeline, how do we market new/emerging products).

Sales Support & New Sales

  • Assist in LT/BD sales activities.
  • Assist manager in developing new sales channels.
  • Assist in preparing collateral packages for client visits.
  • Provide conference/event support; set up, materials, breakdown.
  • Support the Business Development team.

ES Field Sales Collateral

  • Refresh all field collateral to be on brand, to product specifications, and in one voice and one brand.
  • Maintain field collateral library, i.e., intuitive organizational structure, and active and accurate content, retire/archive collateral as needed.
  • Create product sales packages w/flyer/deck/banner/emails/socials.
  • Create thought leadership/flyer/email/socials.

Special Projects

  • Assist RFP team in build out RFP library.
  • Assist in the design of a Salesforce CRM
  • Assist in creating an ES monthly/quarterly newsletter.

Additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Superior communication skills
  • Creative and resourceful self-starter
  • 3 years' experience in a similar role
  • Experience in assessment or education is a plus.
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel, and expert experience in PowerPoint and Word is highly desired.

Compensation at Pearson is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific location. As required by the Colorado, California, Washington State, New York State and New York City laws, the pay range for this position is as follows:

The minimum full-time salary range is between $65,000 - $75,000.
