Job Title: Senior Structural Analyst

Location: Greenville, TX, 75401

Duration: 12 months contract

Pay: $125.00/hr. on W2

Citizenship Requirement: US Citizens with an active clearance

Shift: 1st Shift Mon thru Fri - 8 am to 5 pm

Job Description:

Stress and loads analysis of primary and secondary aircraft structure, equipment racks, and interior items using classical analysis methods and finite element techniques. Provide design support, detail stress analysis, and stress support to Liaison for modification of primary aircraft structure and interior items.

Major Functions:

• Stress Analysis of Primary and Secondary Aircraft Structure
• Stress Support for New Design
• Stress Support to Liaison Engineering
• Preparation of Stress Analysis Reports

Required Skills:

• Minimum of 18 years of aircraft structural analysis.
• Experience in the area of modification of transport category and general aviation aircraft is beneficial.
• Would prefer candidate to have at least 1 year of previous experience with L3Harris.
• Minimum of B.S. in Aerospace, Civil, or Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent field of study.
• Classical Stress Analysis
• Finite Element Analysis Using MSC/NASTRAN and PATRAN
• Analysis of Aircraft Structural Repairs
• Preparation of Stress Reports for Aircraft Certification
• Microsoft Word and Excel

• Fatigue and Damage Tolerance Analysis
• Knowledge of Commercial and Military Aircraft Certification Requirements
