Dallas, TX | Full-time | Hybrid eligibility (up to 2 days WFH after onboarding period) A multi-office structural engineering consultancy is hiring a Senior Project Engineer (PE required) for its Dallas team. This is a senior technical/client-facing role leading projects through design + construction administration , with meaningful ownership of technical decisions, team coordination, and client communication. What you’ll lead Drive projects through all phases: design development, CDs, and construction administration Lead production of drawings, calculations, and specifications with internal teams Coordinate with architects and other disciplines to resolve technical issues and keep deliverables aligned Serve as a primary client contact for day-to-day technical communication Partner with senior leadership on project oversight, QA/QC expectations, and delivery strategy Manage multiple projects concurrently, prioritizing deadlines and resources Technical focus Seismic design and lateral systems (braced frames, moment frames, shear walls) What they’re looking for BS in Civil/Structural Engineering (MS preferred) PE required ; SE preferred 7+ years structural analysis/design experience, including plan/detail production Prior people-lead experience (2+ years preferred) Strong client-facing communication and project organization skills Software experience with tools such as ETABS, RISA, RAM, ENERCALC, Revit , plus MS Office Compensation & benefits (high level) Comprehensive benefits package (medical/dental/vision, retirement plan with match, paid time off, paid holidays) Additional paid time around year-end holidays Professional flexibility policies and continuing growth support #J-18808-Ljbffr
