Job Description Currently, W.S.A. is seeking passionate, performance‑minded candidates for the position of Senior Structural Engineer. W.S.A. looks for those who take pride in their work, are motivated to lead projects of all sizes, and enjoy the breadth of responsibilities and variety of work experience that only a small, growing company like ours can provide. Qualifications Position requires a PE and BS Degree in Civil Engineering with 5+ years of experience in commercial and/or residential construction design. Project management and field experience are highly valued, along with a history of exceptional performance and advancement. Must possess strong communication and organizational skills and enjoy working directly with clients.
