Job DescriptionJob DescriptionPosition Title: Senior System Integrator (All-Source Integration Focus)S2Technologies is seeking a System Integrator, Sr. to provide advanced analytical, modeling, and system-integration support in direct support of treaty monitoring and verification missions under a government contract. This role integrates all-source analytic tradecraft, multi-source data fusion, modeling and simulation, and enterprise data workflows within a secure, on-site environment.Responsibilities include: Conduct modeling and simulation activities to support treaty monitoring and compliance assessment objectives.Perform all-source research leveraging classified and unclassified data sources (e.g., GEOINT, SIGINT, OSINT, MASINT, HUMINT reporting) to answer mission requirements.Fuse geospatial, temporal, and technical data to produce mission-relevant analytic products.Utilize analytic tools and platforms (e.g., ArcGIS, Google Earth, M3, MIDB, TAC, Palantir, or similar IC-standard tools) to integrate, visualize, and assess information.Proactively maintain and update enterprise databases, knowledge repositories, and analytic systems with validated, timely information.Prepare and deliver technical summaries, analytic reports, data-driven assessments, and briefings to government stakeholders.Support the integration, testing, and implementation of enterprise tools, data pipelines, and analytic systems.Incorporate coordinate-based and geospatial data into technical reporting and mission assessments.Collaborate with government stakeholders to refine requirements and align outputs with operational needs.Ensure compliance with IC analytic standards, security protocols, and data protection requirements.Contribute to continuous improvement of analytic workflows and system-integration processes.Required Skills/Qualifications/Duty Experience: Demonstrated experience conducting multi-source research and producing analytic assessments in support of national security or treaty-related missions.Strong background in modeling, simulation, algorithm development, or advanced technical analysis.Proven ability to synthesize complex datasets into clear, mission-relevant products.Experience incorporating geospatial and coordinate-based data into analytic reporting.Familiarity with enterprise data workflows, system integration, and analytic tool implementation.Proficiency with IC analytic platforms (e.g., ArcGIS, Analyst's Notebook, M3, TAC, MIDB, Palantir, or similar environments).Excellent written and verbal communication skills in a secure operational environment.Education/Certification Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field (minimum 10 years of experience). Master's degree in a relevant technical field (minimum 5 years of experience).
