Position Title: Senior System Integrator

Position Overview:

S2Technologies is actively seeking a Senior System Integrator to support simulation and modeling activities in direct support of treaty monitoring objectives under a government contract. This role emphasizes analytical research, multi-source data integration, and system implementation in a secure, on-site environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct modeling and simulation in support of treaty-related mission requirements.
  • Perform targeted research using multiple authoritative sources in response to customer inquiries.
  • Proactively research and update relevant databases with timely and mission-relevant information to ensure ongoing readiness and data currency.
  • Prepare and deliver concise technical summaries and reports that support analytical objectives.
  • Incorporate geospatial context and coordinate-based data to enrich analysis where appropriate.
  • Support acquisition, implementation, and integration of enterprise tools and data systems.
  • Maintain and update technical documentation, research logs, and briefings.
  • Collaborate with government stakeholders and participate in technical discussions to refine and align deliverables with mission needs.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant security and data protection protocols.

Required Qualifications:

  • Active TS/SCI clearance at time of hire.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field + 10+ years of experience.
  • Master's degree in a relevant field + 5+ years of experience. Ph.D. in related field.

Preferred Skills:

  • Demonstrated experience conducting research using multiple data sources to support technical or analytical assessments.
  • Strong background in simulation, modeling, and algorithm development.
  • Ability to synthesize data into mission-relevant products.
  • Experience incorporating geocoordinate data and geospatial context into technical reports.
  • Familiarity with system integration and enterprise data workflows.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a secure environment.

  • $105,000 to $130,000
