Responsibilities
Leadership and Management:

Client Interfacing:
Cultivate and sustain robust relationships with both new and existing clients, ensuring their diverse needs are

Manage and orchestrate client engagements, assuring the punctual and precise delivery of project milestones.
Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, proffering insightful guidance and innovative solutions to complex tax
challenges.
Technical Expertise:
Oversee the preparation and meticulous review of intricate tax returns, diligently upholding accuracy, and full
compliance.
Maintain a keen awareness of current tax laws and regulations, ensuring that our firm's practices remain current
and optimized.
Bestow guidance and impart advanced tax strategies and methodologies to the team.
Strategic Planning:
Collaborate closely with the Head of Tax Department and other senior leaders in the formulation and execution
of strategic planning initiatives.
Identify prospective opportunities for new business and expansion within the tax unit.
Streamline and optimize processes and workflows to enhance efficiency and scalability.
Qualifications
Education and Certification/License Credentials
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. An advanced degree (e.g., MST) is highly preferred.
Active CPA license is an absolute requirement.
Functional Competencies
A minimum of 5 years of experience in public accounting, with an essential focus on tax. Prior leadership
experience is imperative.
Profound knowledge of federal and state tax codes, regulations, and procedures.
Proven track record of excellence in client relationship management.
