Senior Tax Manager Apply
- Work with staff to ensure individual and business tax returns are completed correctly and by the required deadline.
- Review, approve, and sign tax returns for release to clients.
- Coach or mentor staff members to assist with enhancing their skills and further developing their careers.
- Gather relevant tax-related information from clients to prepare accurate tax returns.
- Analyze tax situations from various angles to ensure the maximum tax benefit is applied.
- Network, build relationships, and attract new clients or business for the firm.
- Bill clients for the services and guidance provided.

Requirements
Non-Negotiable Requirements:
- Prior public accounting experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
- CPA or EA license
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Prior leadership experience
- Experience in the following industries: Healthcare, Dentists, Professional Services, Real Estate, and/or Manufacturing
Benefits
Base Salary: $115,000 - $190,000
Additional Compensation: Annual discretionary bonus eligible
