Senior Technical Lead and Application Designer

JOB TYPE:

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Duration: 12 Months

Note: Hybrid 3 days onsite/week

Scope of Work:

  • Resource will manage SAP integration for the SAP ECC to S4 conversion, ensuring system integrity and compatibility, and provide guidance to the team on best practices for future states.
    Resource will also be involved in code remediation and testing.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development team through the design, development and implementation of software applications.

    Manage and Track product development during the development lifecycle and work closely with Project Manager & Architect in advisory role.

    Participate in and provide input into the design and development of technology products and applications; including coding complex modules as necessary.

    Mentor software engineers and provide guidance on technology issues.

    Conduct code reviews and system sanity testing throughout the project and provides direction / corrective actions to keep project on tract.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, mathematics or information systems, or equivalent work experience
  • 3 Years of Team Lead experience with a team of over 5 engineers

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Professional Certifications such as MCSE, MCP, MCSM, MCSD are preferred.

Minimum skills, Experience and knowledge:

  • Configuration management
  • Data management and DB design
  • Document Technical Specifications & Designs
  • Information management
  • Network & application security
  • IT infrastructure architecture and design
  • Systems integration and systems life cycle management
  • Disaster Recovery & Deployment/roll back scenarios

Desired Skills, Experience and knowledge:

  • SAP experience in analysis, design, development, and testing
  • SAP experience in SAP upgrades, implementation, enhancement, conversion & migration
  • SAP developer experience in ECC, S/4 HANA and integration tools
  • SAP functional, integration, configuration knowledge in MM, FI, CO modules
  • SAP BASIS knowledge to effectively collaborate with BASIS support team
  • Ability to lead projects, including: project planning, understanding business processes, providing architecture solutions, documenting and implementing solutions.
