Salary: $95,000-140,000/year depending on experience Shift: Monday-Friday 1st shift Employment Type: Full Time; Direct Hire Work Model: 100% on-siteJob Responsibilities include:Support the transfer of client products into manufacturing, including feasibility studies, scale-up, and CQA trending.Lead the qualification of process and packaging equipment.Perform technical risk assessments and develop mitigation plans for high-level risks.Author, review, and approve auditable documents, including URS, IOQ, PQ protocols, reports, batch records, and specifications.Lead root cause analysis (RCA) for trend deviations and provide technical impact assessments for product disposition.Manage deliverables according to client schedules, ensuring timely issue escalation and resolution.Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) during customer and regulatory inspectionsEnsure all activities adhere to cGMP, GDP, EHS, and regulatory guidelines.Qualifications:Bachelors degree in a scientific related field3-5 years of technical operations experience within a GMP manufacturing environment.Must be able to work collaboratively, have a flexible mindset and be able to adapt to changing priorities.Interested?
