Title: Senior Technical Project Manager (D365)

Location: Deerfield Beach, FL (Onsite Local candidates only)

Duration: 12-month contract

MOI: 2 3 rounds (Video) (Client may ask for F2F Interview as well)

Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager with strong experience in Dynamics 365 (D365), vendor management, and software implementation projects. This is an onsite role requiring a minimum of 3 days per week at the Deerfield Beach, FL location.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage complex projects involving multiple vendors and integrations
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables
• Develop and maintain full-scale project plans
• Coordinate and lead cross-functional project teams
• Manage project budgets and resource allocation
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
• Track and report project status to stakeholders and leadership
• Manage project changes to meet business objectives
• Provide direction to external vendors
• Participate in quality audits
• Develop RFI/RFP documentation when required

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 5 years of project management experience
• Strong experience with vendor management and package implementations
• Experience with Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid methodologies
• Ability to manage multiple dependent projects
• Strong communication and executive presence
• Experience presenting to senior leadership
• Strong planning and coordination skills
• Experience managing internal, external, and hybrid teams
• Technical understanding of infrastructure and technology projects
• Experience managing technology roadmap initiatives

Tools & Technologies

• Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project)
• Microsoft Project, ServiceNow, Azure DevOps (preferred)

Education & Certifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher (required)
• PMP Certification (required)
• Agile Certification / Scrum Master (required)
• Degree or certification in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Engineering (preferred)
