Looking for a hands-on Level II IT Support professional with strong experience in Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Teams.
Duration: 6+ Months
What you’ll do:
✅ Own Level I/II escalations
✅ Troubleshoot hardware, software, VPNs, printers & networks
✅ Support desktops, laptops, mobile devices & conference room tech
✅ Be a go-to technical resource with real ownership
Must have:
✔️ 3+ years in Service Desk / Level II Support
✔️ Strong Microsoft environment experience
✔️ Comfortable with onsite work & on-call rotation
