Technical content writer with administrative-level experience using Atlassian Confluence 8.9.1 (or another major Wiki tool) to migrate and develop product documentation for the MMDA and MAD wiki spaces.-
Ability to design, implement, and edit wiki namespaces and pages
Ability to create content based on legacy articles and previously written content
Ability to create wiki templates (Status, pipeline view, calendar etc)
Ability to fully utilize tagging and labeling wiki functionalities-
Excellent writing and communication skills- Understanding of data development life cycle
(1.) To analyze ,define and design technical solution for ERP product s enhancement and work towards continuous improvement during product implementation and production support stages.
(2.) To coordinate with technical teams for pending RICEFs and act as a primary point of contact for addressing complex technical issues.
(3.) To collaborate and interact with the client and other cross functional teams for gaining understanding of the requirements so as to deliver seamless technical solutions.
(4.) To anchor team meetings ensuring effective communication, collaboration, and coordination within the technical consultant team and the clients.
(5.) To mentor and train junior consultants, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous learning within the team.
