Senior Treasury Analyst - Newly created opportunity with a growing consumer products company seeking a hands-on Senior Treasury Analyst to help build and own the treasury function. This role will partner closely with leadership and have broad exposure across cash management, forecasting, banking, and process improvement.Support purchasing and operational planning by translating spending needs into forward-looking cash flow projections.Manage day-to-day banking activity, including bank relationships, multiple accounts, line of credit activity, borrowing base reporting, and covenant compliance.Oversee foreign exchange exposure and support hedging activities.Assist with capital planning, cost of capital analysis, and investment decisions.Ideal background is a hands-on treasury or banking professional from a smaller or mid-sized company who enjoys building processes and creating structure.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required.5+ years of treasury, banking, or related finance experience.Experience with cash forecasting, banking relationships, and treasury operations.Exposure to foreign exchange, hedging, or risk management preferred.Strong Excel and financial modeling skills.Experience with ERP systems and reporting tools.CPA, CMA, CTP, or similar certification preferred.
