Senior Treasury Management Solutions Specialist Apply
The Senior Treasury Management Solutions Specialist is responsible for expanding our clients Treasury Management portfolio through new business development and deepening relationships with existing clients. This role drives deposit growth, non-interest income, and loan referrals by delivering tailored Treasury Management Solutions to small, midsize, and large businesses.Working closely with the Treasury Management Solutions Manager, branch leadership, and business partners. This role supports revenue generation and client satisfaction through strategic sales efforts, proactive relationship management, and exemplary service standards.Role and ResponsibilitiesDevelop new business opportunities by identifying prospective clients, creating strategic account plans, and executing effective sales strategiesPartner with Branch Managers and internal business partners to uncover client needs and recommend appropriate Treasury Management solutionsStrengthening client relationships through consistent engagement, industry awareness, and proactive solutionsMaintain a robust, up-to-date sales pipeline, and report progress weekly to managementMeet or exceed individual sales, revenue, and proposal targetsContinuously expand knowledge of Treasury Management products through training, market research, and internal collaborationContribute to deposit, fee income growth through consultative selling and tailored client solutionsPromptly identify and escalate any potential fraud or loss situationsMaintain precise and timely documentation in the Bank’s CRM system to ensure accuracy and accountabilityUphold all Bank policies, procedures, and compliance standardsMinimum QualificationsBachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experienceMinimum of 4 years of experience in financial services, including at least 3 years in Treasury Management or a closely related fieldDemonstrated success in business development, client relationship management, and negotiation skillsProven ability to collaborate effectively with Branch Managers and business partners to drive client solutionsStrong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret financial statements and assess working capital and cash flow cyclesProficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and internet-based toolsExcellent written, verbal, and presentation skillsAbility to work independently and manage time, territory, and priorities effectivelyMust be able to travel throughout the assigned geographic areaApply now and one of our recruiters will reach out to you!
