We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Recruiter to join our dynamic talent acquisition team. This role demands a deep understanding of IT roles, technologies, and the ability to navigate the ever-evolving technology landscape to meet the hiring needs of our clients. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in sourcing, screening, and hiring top-tier IT professionals, while ensuring a seamless candidate experience and maintaining the highest recruitment standards.
Objectives of this Role
- Source and engage senior-level, highly specialized candidates for leading businesses across the nation, aligned with RICEFW's core values and client demands.
- Utilize multiple platforms (LinkedIn, CEIPAL, job boards, social media, employee referrals, etc.) to source and engage high-caliber IT candidates.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of pre-qualified candidates for mission-critical IT roles, ensuring readiness to meet client needs promptly.
- Conduct comprehensive initial screenings to assess technical qualifications, cultural alignment, and career aspirations of potential candidates.
- Enhance the candidate experience by providing timely feedback, maintaining clear communication, and ensuring transparency throughout the hiring process.
- Write and post precise and compelling technical job descriptions on specialist IT job boards, RICEFW's platforms, and other relevant channels.
- Maintain and optimize a candidate CRM to ensure a consistent and updated talent pipeline.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and hiring best practices to guide strategic conversations with clients regarding future talent needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, facilitating feedback loops, and negotiating offers.
- Collaborate closely with RICEFW's internal teams and external clients to deliver exceptional IT talent solutions.
- Leverage CEIPAL and other ATS tools to manage recruitment workflows, track candidates, and generate actionable insights for continuous process improvement.
- Conduct market research to identify IT talent pools and provide competitive intelligence to clients on salary trends and skill availability.
- Deliver high-quality candidates for critical roles in software development, cloud computing, cybersecurity, DevOps, data analytics, and other IT domains.
- Act as a brand ambassador for RICEFW, building relationships with candidates while promoting our commitment to excellence.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, IT, or a related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) as a recruiter, with at least 3 years specializing in IT recruitment.
- Strong knowledge of IT roles, technologies, and market trends (e.g., software development, cloud computing, data analytics, cybersecurity, DevOps).
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools (CEIPAL).
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage and influence candidates at all levels.
- Proficiency in sourcing techniques, including Boolean searches, X-ray searches, and social media recruiting.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of professionalism.
