We're looking for a UX Principal App Designer (Mobile Apps – iOS & Android) who loves creating intuitive, user-friendly mobile experiences. If you're passionate about solving complex problems, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and turning ideas into seamless digital experiences, we'd love to hear from you. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys owning the UX process—from research and wireframes to prototypes and usability testing—while working closely with product managers and developers in an Agile environment. What You'll Be Doing: User Experience & Design Partner with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to create exceptional user experiences. Translate business and user needs into intuitive designs. Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs. Influence product decisions using UX best practices, research, and data. Present design concepts and explain recommendations with confidence. Work closely with developers to ensure designs are implemented effectively. User Research Plan and conduct user research, usability testing, and user interviews. Develop research strategies based on project goals and KPIs. Test design concepts, gather feedback, and continuously iterate. Use both qualitative and quantitative research methods to improve the user experience. Organize content and navigation to create intuitive user journeys. Build and maintain UX documentation, including user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and design specifications. Advocate for the end user throughout the product lifecycle. Work within Agile teams to deliver projects on time. Communicate project updates, risks, and progress to stakeholders. Balance multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail and quality. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Human Factors, Visual Design, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 3+ years of UX design experience. Strong portfolio showcasing your UX process and design work. Experience designing native iOS and Android applications . Experience working with Agile development teams. Proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools such as: Axure Sketch Adobe Creative Cloud Flinto Preferred Qualifications 5+ years of UX design experience. Master's degree in a related field. Experience working on complex enterprise or consumer-facing mobile applications. Strong understanding of usability testing tools and research methodologies.
