Requirements 10+ years of IT experience working in the US for US companies. 8+ years of experience as a UX/UI Engineer. Experience with designing business web applications. Experience with complex wireframes and mockups. Hands‑on experience with Adobe XD and Figma for UX/UI design and prototyping. Experience converting UI/UX designs into front‑end components (8+ years). Experience with HTML, CSS, Tailwind, and SASS (8+ years). Hands‑on experience with React and MUI (8+ years). Experience with CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and Git‑based version control (6+ years). Extensive experience with modern front‑end build pipelines and tools such as Webpack, Babel, and NPM. Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset. Extensive experience with Agile and/or Scrum methodologies. A portfolio of past projects demonstrating UI/UX and front‑end work is required. Passion for staying up to date with the latest front‑end and UX design trends and technologies.
