- \nProven track record leading large-scale automation projects from design through implementation\n \n
- \nExperience with robotics integration, controls programming, and system commissioning\n \n
- \n
- \nProficiency with automation design software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar)\n \n
- \nStrong understanding of control systems (PLCs, robotics controllers, SCADA)\n \n
- \nExperience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and warehouse control systems (WCS)\n \n
- \nKnowledge of AI/ML applications in logistics and automation\n \n
- \nFamiliarity with safety standards and compliance requirements\n \n
