We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and deliver complex wastewater infrastructure projects across Central Florida. This role is responsible for managing the full project lifecycle—from planning and design through construction and closeout—while ensuring regulatory compliance, client satisfaction, and financial performance. The ideal candidate brings strong technical expertise in wastewater systems, proven leadership skills, and experience navigating Florida-specific environmental regulations and permitting requirements. Key Responsibilities Project Leadership & Delivery Manage multiple wastewater projects, including treatment plants, pump stations, pipelines, and reuse systems Oversee project scope, schedule, budget, and quality control Lead multidisciplinary teams of engineers, designers, and subconsultants Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with contract requirements Client & Stakeholder Management Serve as primary point of contact for municipal and utility clients Develop and maintain strong client relationships to support repeat business Coordinate with regulatory agencies (e.g., FDEP, water management districts, local municipalities) Lead project meetings, presentations, and public engagement efforts Technical Oversight Provide senior-level technical guidance on wastewater treatment and conveyance systems Review engineering designs, reports, specifications, and construction documents Ensure compliance with Florida regulations, permitting requirements, and industry standards Financial & Risk Management Develop project budgets, forecasts, and staffing plans Monitor project performance and profitability Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies Manage contract negotiations, change orders, and invoicing Business Development Support proposal development, including scope definition, fee estimates, and technical approach Participate in client presentations and interviews Identify new project opportunities and contribute to strategic growth initiatives in Florida Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Environmental, or related Engineering field Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in Florida (or ability to obtain within 6 months) 10+ years of experience in water/wastewater engineering 5+ years of project management experience Strong knowledge of wastewater treatment processes, collection systems, and reuse systems Experience with Florida regulatory agencies (FDEP, WMDs, etc.) Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and multidisciplinary teams #J-18808-Ljbffr
