Above all, we judge success by the success of our team and the happiness of our customers. *Cognizant will only consider applicants for this position who are legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship (H-1B, L-1B, L-1A, etc.)* Location: New York, NY (Hybrid) Responsibilities · Design and develop scalable web applications using modern frameworks and libraries. · Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define design and ship new features. · Ensure the performance quality and responsiveness of applications. · Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs to improve application performance. · Maintain code quality organization and automation. · Implement user interfaces using Material UI and CSS3 to enhance user experience. · Utilize Object Oriented JavaScript and TypeScript for efficient code structuring. · Develop and integrate APIs using Node JS for seamless backend communication. · Leverage Vite JS for optimized build processes and faster development cycles. · Work with Angular 9-12 version and React Js to create dynamic and responsive web applications. · Employ Next Js for server-side rendering and improved application performance. · Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure competitive advantage. · Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies. Qualifications 5 to 8 years of expirence · Possess a strong understanding of HTML 5 and CSS3 for web development. · Demonstrate proficiency in JavaScript frameworks such as Angular and React. · Have experience with server-side technologies like Node JS. · Show expertise in using TypeScript for type-safe JavaScript development. · Familiarity with build tools like Vite JS is preferred. · Experience in Asset & Wealth Management is advantageous. · Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential. Applications will be accepted until 8/3/2025 Salary and Other Compensation: The annual salary for this position is between $68,422 – $114,000K depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
