Managing XX global markets, we transform data and creative ideas into demand generation programs that move both people and businesses forward.What You Will DoAs a Senior Specialist, you will move beyond traditional optimisation, developing our strategy across both Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) and Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO).Holistic SEO & AEO Strategy: Develop and implement short and long-term strategies that integrate traditional search with Answer Engine Optimisation (AEO).GEO Visibility: Optimise Stannah digital footprint to ensure our brand is cited by AI agents.Technical SEO: Conduct site audits and provide technical recommendations to ensure site performance and crawlability.SEO Content: Collaborate closely with content and marketing teams to produce high-quality, SEO-friendly content that resonates with both users and algorithms.Off-Page Authority: Plan Digital PR and authority-building initiatives.Data-to-Insight: Drive actionable insights from data, focusing on user intent and SEO/SEA synergy.AI Integration: Identify and implement AI-driven workflows to scale content, technical auditing, and data analysis.What You Need3+ years of hands-on experience in SEO, with a proven track record.High proficiency with Screaming Frog, Semrush/Ahrefs, and Google Search Console.A data-driven approach with the ability to build and interpret automated reporting.A proactive mindset for testing new hypotheses in response to Google’s Core Updates and the evolving AI search landscape.Advanced English (mandatory) with strong verbal communication and presentation skills.Ability to collaborate successfully with cross-­functional partners.
