Service & Measure Technician – Joyce Windows, Sunrooms, and Baths

We are looking for a Service & Measure Technician with experience in window and door installation or bath remodeling—ideally both. If you’re a problem solver who can work independently, pay attention to detail, and enjoy hands-on work, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do:

• Perform service work on windows, doors, and baths.
• Accurately measure windows (experience in this is a huge plus).
• Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues such as:
• Windows that won’t open, close, or lock properly.
• Drafts, leaks, or seal failures in windows or doors.
• Misaligned or sticking doors.
• Bath installations with leaks, drainage issues, or improper fittings.
• Ensuring replacements or adjustments meet quality standards.
• Diagnose underlying problems and determine the best course of action.
• Work independently and ensure quality workmanship.
• Provide exceptional customer service, keeping homeowners informed and reassured throughout the process.
• De-escalate customer concerns by listening, explaining solutions clearly, and resolving issues professionally.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in window and door installation or bath remodeling.
• Ability to work alone and manage tasks efficiently.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• High customer service IQ with the ability to calm frustrated customers and turn situations around.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality.
• Jack-of-all-trades, handyman types encouraged to apply.

Compensation:

• $50K–$70K, based on experience.
• Potential room for advancement for the right candidate.
