Our service department has been recognized with 3 years of consecutive Service Green CSE, and above average zone performance. Key Responsibilities Act as the main point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and communication throughout the repair process. Advise customers on the care of their cars , emphasizing the value of maintaining their vehicles according to manufacturers’ specifications. Plan, coordinate, and direct the dealership’s quality control efforts , ensuring that repairs are completed correctly and vehicles are returned to customers in optimal condition. Work closely with our team of technicians to ensure timely and accurate service. Maintain detailed service records and provide clear updates to customers on vehicle status. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required. In-depth knowledge of the automotive industry and automotive parts . 2+ years of prior service or advising experience in the automotive field.
