Liberty Auto City is hiring a high-output Service Advisor to own the customer experience from write-up to delivery. If you can run a busy lane, set clear expectations, and keep ROs tight and accurate, we want you.

• Greet customers, capture concerns, verify warranty/insurance, and build precise estimates and timelines

• Schedule and dispatch efficiently; manage RO flow with technicians and parts for zero delays

• Conduct walk-around inspections and test drives to validate concerns; document with clarity

• Present maintenance/repair options professionally; secure approvals and set pick-up times

• Proactively communicate status updates; review final invoices and next-service recommendations

• Ensure parts availability and RO accuracy; protect CSI and follow dealership processes every time

• Close out ROs cleanly-no surprises, no loose ends

• Elite customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Solid understanding of automotive systems and dealership service operations

• Proficiency with DMS/dispatch/scheduling tools; fast, accurate documentation

• Organized, goal-driven, able to manage multiple ROs under pressure

• Team mindset-seamless coordination with techs, parts, and management

• Prior advisor/writer experience preferred; ASE C1 or OEM training a plus; valid driver's license
