Position Overview

The Service Advisor plays a key role in delivering an outstanding customer experience while keeping shop operations running smoothly. This position serves as the primary point of contact between customers and technicians, ensuring clear communication, efficient workflow, and high-quality service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customer scheduling and shop traffic flow
  • Communicate promptly and professionally with customers regarding vehicle concerns, approvals, and completion timelines
  • Coordinate and manage technician workflow to maximize efficiency
  • Order parts for each work order and ensure accurate distribution
  • Maintain organized and accurate repair orders
  • Support a team-oriented, customer-first shop environment


Hours of Operation

  • Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Qualifications & Requirements

  • 2–3 years of automotive service advisor experience (full-service shop preferred)
  • Proven ability to manage multiple technicians and work orders simultaneously
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional phone etiquette
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Team-oriented mindset with a customer-focused attitude
  • Valid driver’s license

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary: $80,000–$100,000, plus monthly gross profit bonus
  • Additional monthly bonus opportunities during record months
