We are currently seeking a skilled and customer-focused Service Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, processing orders, and ensuring the efficient delivery of services. Your primary goal will be to provide an exceptional customer experience while effectively coordinating service operations.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer inquiries and provide timely responses
  • Process purchase orders and create work orders accurately
  • Schedule and coordinate calibration and repair services
  • Communicate effectively with customers regarding service status and updates
  • Ensure all service-related documentation is completed and maintained
  • Collaborate with the technical team to address customer needs and concerns

Requirements

  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and data entry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Previous experience in customer service or service coordination preferred
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
